I always get that tingling feeling around this time of year, everything seems to start to livening up as the lights go up and there is merriment everywhere.
In my part of the world, there seems to be a burst of activity at home with small parties and festive get togethers. After a long and weary year of work, the holidays are much welcomed and this year, I’ve created a new series of recipes to get you through all the entertaining that is coming up! Stylish, yet so incredibly easy to make!
Now, my approach at this time of year is keep it super elegant, very delicious but most important of oil, very very easy to pull together. This is the time you want to spend with friends and family, not be harnessed to the kitchen stove. When it comes to entertaining for numbers, you don’t need lengthy complicated recipes….So here comes the first of a series of recipes that are made in under 10 minutes.
By the way, I’m not at all ashamed to suggest you buy the ready made products that are readily available in the supermarkets – just make sure they are the absolute best quality you can buy.
